Payments could pass through agents and personal accounts, so nobody could prove where a rupee landed. Receipts and allotment papers sat in office files, not with the person who paid. The only way to know if a building was going up was to ring and ask, and clients could not easily confirm a broker really worked for Blue Rock. Many users are older investors and first-time buyers. Blue Rock Holdings, based in Gulberg, needed one platform that investors, home buyers, brokers and admins could all trust.

We delivered a strategy and a map of what each of the four roles needs, a web app for investors, home buyers, brokers and the admin team, a mobile app for checking in from anywhere, and a landing page for desktop and mobile with one design system behind it all. Every payment now moves through visible states, from instalment due to a receipt the same day, with a reason when a slip is not accepted. Home buyers see real build progress from the site team, and removed items can always be brought back.
