§ 01
Creators and small studios get views, then end each video with nothing to do next. Their website asks a stranger to hire them on the first visit, and their follow-up stops after the first hello. The other 97% scroll past and forget them. The fix, from Sabri Suby's Sell Like Crazy, is to teach first: a free guide instead of 'get a quote'. Doing that by hand means research, scripts, guides, pages, ads and emails spread across eight tools, each waiting on the last.
§ 02
| L1 · Strategy | Mapped the Sell Like Crazy method into a single path: video, free guide, sign-up, follow-up emails, sales call, client. Set three rules: nothing goes live until you say so, every word stays editable, no jargon. | Figma | Product model, nine-step offer order, trust principles |
| L2 · Structure & UX | Sorted the work into four rooms (Dashboard, Script & Research, Funnel & Offer, Ads & Email) behind a five-step onboarding. Mapped every flow click by click so the build matches the design. | Figma | Information architecture, onboarding, flow maps and dev notes |
| L3 · UI & Design System | Designed 116 screens, including empty states, pop-ups and errors. Built a calm system for daily use: warm paper, one orange action colour, Geist for the interface and Instrument Serif italic only for the book's rules. | Figma, Geist, Instrument Serif | 116 screens, design system foundations |
§ 03
Cadence covers 116 screens across six sections. A creator sets up once, then Cadence finds five video formats that already work in their niche, breaks down why a video won and drafts their version. It walks them through a nine-step offer built on their real numbers, writes ads as short articles with twenty headlines to choose from, and sends plain, human follow-up emails. It replaces the researcher, scriptwriter, copywriter, page designer, ad buyer and email writer, while posting and spending always need the creator's button.
