§ 01
60% of the Arab region is under 30, and demand for things to do keeps growing. The tools for planning with friends have not caught up. People spot an event on social media, buy the ticket on another site, call the venue for a slot, argue about timing in WhatsApp and chase everyone's share by bank transfer. Platinumlist, Airbnb, Playtomic and WhatsApp each cover one piece. Hosts have their own problems: prices that change by day and season, double bookings over the phone and late payments.
§ 02
| L1 · Research | Sized the market, mapped the four-app journey and compared the main job of Platinumlist, Airbnb, Playtomic and WhatsApp. Split the needs of planners and hosts. | Market data, competitor audit | Problem map, competitor matrix, two-sided user needs |
| L2 · Strategy & Structure | Built a growth loop where every outing sends invites to new people. Set up five tabs with one Create button for ticketed events, experiences, facilities, rentals and outings. | FIGMA | Growth loop, app structure, 19 flows |
| L3 · UI & Design System | Designed explore, group voting, four-screen booking, CliQ and Stripe checkout, host storefronts and growth features. A light UI with one warm gradient that marks every action. | FIGMA, Inter | 269 screens, colour and type system |
§ 03
Planners get one feed of events, experiences, courts and rentals with filters and a city map. They set up an outing, pick an invite card, let friends vote on live free slots before a deadline and watch the headcount update itself. Booking covers tiers, dates and payment in four screens, by card through Stripe or by CliQ with a one-time code. Hosts set prices by day and season, add discounts for longer bookings and track money received and incoming. Invite cards, affiliates, featured listings and review prompts keep new groups coming.
